Aufrichtig
sein zu sich selbst, in sich selbst, aufrichtig sein zum Leben.
Diese
Aufrichtigkeit (jap. jikishin), dieser Geist, ist der Geist des Weges.

upright spirit.
Being upright in spirit and body is the practice of
the Way.
Upright to oneself, in oneself, upright towards
life.
This uprightness (jap. jikishin), this spirit, is
the spirit of the way.
